Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, online shoppers in the UK have standard statutory cancellation rights.
1. The 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day on which you acquire (or a third party indicated by you acquires) physical possession of the goods.
2. Exceptions for Consumable Goods (Food & Beverages)
Because our products are consumable beverage items, for health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for cans that have been opened, unsealed, or consumed.
To qualify for a return, your items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in the exact condition that you received them.
3. How to Return and Get a Refund
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement sent via email to info@foodymaster.co.uk.
You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your cancellation. You are responsible for paying the direct cost of returning the goods unless the items are faulty.
If cancelled correctly, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods back, using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction.
4. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015)
If you find that your drink cans are defective, damaged, or not as described, you have up to 30 days to reject the goods and claim a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us immediately with batch numbers and photos.
