3. Delivery Delays & Issues

- Foody Master is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs, courier disruptions, or extreme weather events.
- If your package does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, or if it arrives severely damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours at info@foodymaster.co.uk alongside photographic evidence of the damage so we can claim against the courier and dispatch a replacement.

- To qualify for a return, your items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in the exact condition that you received them.
3. How to Return and Get a Refund
- To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement sent via email to info@foodymaster.co.uk.
- You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your cancellation. You are responsible for paying the direct cost of returning the goods unless the items are faulty.
- If cancelled correctly, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods back, using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction.
4. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015)
- If you find that your drink cans are defective, damaged, or not as described, you have up to 30 days to reject the goods and claim a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us immediately with batch numbers and photos.
